It takes passion, effort and a lot of practice to become a top class athlete in any sports discipline.
We at Soccer Academy Nevada can help players accelerate this process through our personal & small group training programs.

Every player has areas of his or her game that require some extra work. We can offer the perfect environment to identify and develop these areas.
Our experienced coaches will work on the specific skills that are important to improve in an individualized environment.



Athletes can select between Personal Training Lessons for one player only or a Small Group Training Session.
Private lessons allow the trainer to concentrate on the specific needs of the individual player, while small group sessions all players must focus and work on the same theme, making it slightly less player specific than the Private Lessons.

However, both programs will be very beneficial to accelerate player’s improvement faster than regular practices.



Soccer is a sport consisting of high-intensity intermittent exercise, followed by periods of recovery.
Some positions require higher levels of anaerobic fitness than others, some require more aerobic soccer fitness.






For this reason, Soccer players need a combination of aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
It means all their athletic areas of fitness are important to strengthen, but skill, specificity and perhaps passion
are the most important of all.






Our personal training sessions combine high-performance fitness exercises with soccer drills and practices that engage,
inspire and challenge soccer players to become better at the field and in life.
